I certify that I qualify as an “accredited investor” under Rule 501 of Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933, and that I am requesting access to confidential investment materials for Do Something Good, Inc. in connection with a private offering under Regulation D, Rule 506(b). I understand a more detailed accredited investor questionnaire will be required before any investment is finalized.

What qualifies as an accredited investor?

Individual income over $200,000 (or $300,000 joint with a spouse/spousal equivalent) in each of the last two years, with a reasonable expectation of the same this year; or
Net worth over $1,000,000, excluding the value of your primary residence; or
Holding certain professional certifications in good standing (e.g., FINRA Series 7, 65, or 82).
